Analytical by default, builder by habit.

Four principles, and the toolkit I work with every day.

Analytical by default.

I sit with the data before I sit in the meeting. Decisions in writing, assumptions named.

Ownership over titles.

If it ships late or breaks, that is my problem. I will sit in support tickets, write the spec, and run the standup if that is what the week needs.

Ship on Monday, react on Tuesday.

A rough version in the open beats a polished version in private. The team gets something to react to within days, not weeks.

AI is a teammate, not a tool.

I brief AI the way I brief a new hire. FitKiddo, this website, and a handful of internal tools at KROS all shipped this way. I evaluate new tools by the work they help me produce.
