I sit with the data before I sit in the meeting. Decisions in writing, assumptions named.
Ownership over titles.
If it ships late or breaks, that is my problem. I will sit in support tickets, write the spec, and run the standup if that is what the week needs.
Ship on Monday, react on Tuesday.
